Happy World Egg Day!
The extent of my egg cooking usually is a fried egg or a poached egg sitting on top of some leftovers--seriously, try it, it's amazing. I eat a lot of eggs because they're straight protein, cheap, and don't have any gluten, plus it's super easy to just throw one on top of something. I'm not super inventive with them.
But eggs can be so much more interesting than that, so I made a new board on my Pinterest just to celebrate them, and started it with a hundred recipes for you guys!
Since I figured out how to embed boards like this (tricky, because this is Blogger and it can't ever just do what the tutorials tell it to), I think I'm going to make more boards for other food holidays and share them, too! I mean, I've already got over a hundred boards in my Pinterest, what's a few more, right?
